Abstract

This Order, issued under Part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, specifies activities which do not require a marine licence, or can be carried out without a licence if conditions specified in the Order are satisfied. It applies to marine activities carried on any area, in relation to which the Secretary of State is the licensing authority under section 113 of the Act.
