It concerns conditions subject to which activities are exempted to be carried out under a marine licence, relating to, respectively shellfish propagation and cultivation, marine chemical substances, marine oil treatment substances and substances for removing surface fouling matter and scientific instruments, reagents and tracers. The Principal Order is also amended so as to include the deposit of a marker, in the course of the propagation or cultivation of shellfish, as an activity which is not required to be licensed.
