Abstract

For purposes of determining restrictions on specified areas there shall be three categories of marine parks: (a) replenishment zones; (b); marine park zones; (c) environmental zones (reg. 3). Regulation 4 prohibits taking of conch and lobster and use of specified gear in replenishment zones.
