Abstract

Regulation 5 is amended by adding the following to acts prohibited in marine park zones: the entry, mooring, anchoring, and the discharge of passengers without approval of the Marine Conservation Board in areas specified as marine park zones by commercial vessels as defined in regulation 2 of the Marine Conservation Regulations. Such approval may be granted subject to whatever conditions the Board considers appropriate.
