These Regulations enter into force on 1 January 2006.
Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations is to control and determine the quality of all activities in the palm oil industry including: production and management of palm oil planting material; grading and milling of palm fruit oil; and processing, handling, storage, transportation, etc. of oil palm products. Quality declarations for the export, import and internal trade of palm oil products shall be made to the Board.
