The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 November 2014.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Animal Disease Act in its version of 22 May 2013 (BGBl. I p.1324). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of cattle against infection with bovine herpes virus type 1.The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Driving to pasture and keeping of cattle (1); Labelling and holding of reactors (2); Ban on vaccination (3); Attestation of Vaccination (4); Disposal of reactors (5); Penalties (6); Entry into force (7).
