The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 2010.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Animal Disease Act in its version of 22 June 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1260, 3588). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of cattle against infection with bovine herpes virus type 1. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Driving to pasture and keeping of cattle (1); Vaccination (2); Attestation of vaccination (3); Marking of cattle (4); Penalties (5); Transitional provisions (6); Entry into force (7).
