Abstract

This Legislative Decree provides for the rearrangement of the national legislation governing fisheries and aquaculture, pursuant to the principles established at the European Union level to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing. These provisions concern commercial and non commercial fishing, aquaculture and mariculture.
