Abstract

This Decree amends Legislative Decree No. 109 of 1992 and provides some derogation from the existing method for the labelling of foodstuff subject to specific treatment such as the addition of vitamins, concentration or dehydration. Special provision apply to ingredients used in concentrated or dehydrated form and reconstituted during manufacture may be indicated on the basis of their proportion by weight as recorded before their concentration or dehydration. (2 Articles)
