Abstract

With a view to protecting the environment as well as human health, this Legislative Decree implements the Community provisions concerning the marketing of seeds. The issuance of an authorization by the Ministry of Agricultural and Forestry Policies is compulsory for the culture of seeds pertaining to genetically modified varieties.
