Abstract

The present Ordinance contains completing provisions relating to legal remedy in environmental matters according to Directive 2003/35/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application (art. 1); Legal remedies pertaining to associations (art. 2); Recognition of associations (art. 3); Errors in the implementation of the legal steps to be taken (art. 4); Transitional provisions (art. 5); Entry into force (art. 6).
