This Law enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law adopts all community standards and technical measures directly deriving from the Council Regulation (EC) no. 850/2004 on persistent organic pollutants (30.04.2004) and defines its final implementation and application on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
