Entry into force notes
This Law will be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day of the Croatian entrance into the European Union.
Abstract

This Law adopts various community standards and technical measures all deriving from the Regulation (EC) no. 850/2004 on persistent organic pollutants (30.04.2004) and regards its implementation on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
