Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on the date of accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.
Abstract

This Law defines the designated competent national authorities and tasks of such competent authorities, obligations of food business operators, official controls and also prescribes administrative measures and misdemeanor provisions, in relation to the European Union indicated documents, all regarding the general food hygiene and microbiological criteria for foodstuff.
