Abstract This Law stipulates various provisions and rules with the aim to protect the people's health and their offspring, animals and plants, their communities and habitats, natural and cultural values from harmful effects, and to prevent the occurrence of hazards and damage to society from changes in air quality due to activities that can damage the air quality (on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria).
