Abstract This Regulation here determines the emission limit values for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted into the ambient air by installations and facilities for the storage and loading or unloading of petrol, including technological operations related to the loading or unloading of mobile gas tanks for the transport of gasoline between terminals or between terminals and service stations, including the direct measures aimed at reducing the effective volume of petrol vapor emitted into the ambient air; and further sets various verification and monitoring issues.
