Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Law regulates the classification and system for the approval of standardized names and codes, permits and administrative proceedings including those regarding the violations, labelling and packaging, use and storage, placing on the market, export and import of chemicals, necessary control, inspection and registration issues, as well as other essential rules of importance for the protection of human health and of environment against the harmful effects of chemicals and chemical substances.
