This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the necessary procedure for data or record keeping as regards the chemicals and related issued permits for free circulation of dangerous goods of chemicals, including the data on imported or exported quantities of chemicals.
