Abstract This Law hereby prescribes the necessary protection and management provisions as regards the air quality, and also determines various effective measures such as organizational and control rules; special protection issues and manners for the improvement of air quality on the state territory (not to be considered when dealing with radioactive materials, industrial waste and elemental/natural disasters, that are all treated by different Laws).
