Abstract This Decree, based on the provisions of the Law on air protection (Republika Srpska), lays down the procedure for the phasing out of ozone-depleting substances, handling of these substances, substitute substances, as well as new controlled substances, handling products containing or using such substances, the method of checking the release and control of emissions of these substances, the treatment of these substances after the cessation of use of products and equipment that contains the same, the manner of their collection, renewal and processing and the procedure for issuing approvals for import, export and placing in trade of ozone-depleting substances. The Annex contains the classification of ozone depleting substances and substitute substances.
