This Law enters into force tend ays after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Article 51 shall be amended to add the following wording: « Financing by banks and other financial institutions of projects of economic and other activities that require mandatory prior performance of state environmental audit without positive conclusions of state environmental audit shall be prohi bited».
