Abstract

This Law creates the Reverse Logistics Certification of Solid Waste. The certification will be granted annually to companies whose industrial, commercial and other activities come from solid or semi-solid waste, as well as gases contained in containers and/or liquids with extremely toxic characteristics to dispose in public sewerage network or bodies of water, or that require solutions that are technically or economically unfeasible in view of the best technology available, under the terms of the National Reverse Logistics Policy, established by Federal Law No. 12.305 of 2 August 2010 and subsequent amendments.
