Abstract

The present Act amends the Waste Management Act of 10 May 1950. In particular, it rewords article 2 on definition of terms; article 4 dealing with principles for waste management; article 9 concerning waste treatment plants and stocking; article 12 on collection and transport of non domestic waste; article 25 concerning public waste treatment plants and land filling and article 27 on penalties.
