In particular, the Law amends article 80 establishing that the Executive Council and the federal government agree on a joint programme in the areas of nature conservation and cultural heritage. If the costs on behalf of the Canton exceed more than 1.8 millions francs the approval of the Cantonal Executive Council is required.
