The present Law enters into force on 1 July 1973.
Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the sustainable maintenance of the landscape in Rheinland-Pfalz. The text consists of 48 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Landscape planning (II); Protection of areas, natural elements and wild species of fauna (III); Organization, competence and respective powers (IV); Penalties (V); Promotion on behalf of the Land Rheinland-Pfalz (VI); Repeal, continuity of legislation (VII). Two Annexes are enclosed.
