Abstract

Within the framework of the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 18 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102), the present Law regulates land use planning in the Free State of Saxony. Article 1 establishes that the whole land of Saxony shall be subject to a sustainable planning policy. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Land use plans (2); Regional planning associations (3); Implementation of land use plans (4); Land use planning authorities and final provisions (5). One Annex is enclosed.
