Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning Law of 14 December 2001. In particular, the Ordinance establishes that the principles of the Saxon Land Development Plan shall be those set out in the Annex dealing with objective and special objectives and principles of land use planning. The text consists of 3 articles and 1 Annex.
