At the outstest it contains provisions relating to the sphere of application as well as to the various terms therein employed, such as "jam", “jam extra”, "preserve", "jelly", etc. In particular, it sets out the quality standards for these products. The Ordinance consists of 7 articles and 1 Annexe.
