Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Act on foodstuff and articles of daily use (Foodstuff Act) of 9 October 1992. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Federal Act. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Organization and competence (II); Legal protection (III); Financial provisions (IV); Final provisions (V).
