Abstract

The present Law enforces the federal legislation on fisheries. Article 1 establishes that the Canton is entrusted with the sovereign right to catch fish and other aquatic animals in the waters unless special fishing rights of corporation or individuals are proven to exist. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Jurisdiction over fisheries (I); General provisions (II); Final provisions (III).
