Abstract The objective of this Instruction is to provide the tasks, mandates and responsibilities of pertinent entities and persons. The main objectives of the integrated projects are to increase plant production and acquire quality, pest-free products; protect and support natural enemies of pests; periodically check the fields, gardens and vineyards; enabling farmers to become experts on their own fields, gardens and vineyards; and prevent pesticide infection. Integrated projects are implemented jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, research institutes, universities, provincial agricultural directorates, non-governmental organizations, farmer unions and farmers. Information on the pertinent entities and organizations are given in details. Training will be provided to the Ministry staff, researchers, extension experts and farmers who are involved in the project.
