In particular, the pesticides mentioned in the ninth schedule attached to the principal Regulations shall not be used in agricultural products intended for the production of infant formulae and follow-on formulae. The schedule attached to these Regulations, establishing maximum residue levels of pesticides or metabolites of pesticides other than those specified in the ninth schedule, shall be added.
