The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the discharge of waste water in public waste water facilities. Such a discharge shall need a previous authorization by the Water Office which shall be released only if the requirements as laid down in the Waste Water Ordinance in its version of 17 June 2004 are fully complied with.
