Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the discharge of waste water in public waste water plants. Such a discharge shall need a previous authorization by the Water Office which shall be released only if the requirements as laid down in the Waster Water Ordinance are fully complied with. The text consists of 7 articles.
