Abstract These implementing Rules and Regulations shall apply to all urban pest control operators, urban pest control applicators, and owners, operators or administrators of land, places, buildings, residences, public places, public places establishments, food establishments, ports, airports, vessels and aircraft. The Regulations provide for sanitary permit requirement for urban pest control operator while health certificate is also required for any person being employed by the urban pest control operator. The Regulations provide for general requirements for vermin abatement program at the local level and at public places, in food establishment and facilities, in buildings and residences, and transportation vehicles and means. The Regulations further ratify the inspection requirements. The Regulations consist of 18 Sections.
