The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1990.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Animal Disease Act of 1 July 1966. Article 1 lists the competent authorities in the Canton entrusted with the enforcement of the aforementioned Act. The text consists of 30 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Organization (1); Marketing of live stock, livestock products and other goods (2); Control measure s (3); Penalties, legal protection and final provisions (4). Three Annexes are enclosed.
