Abstract This Regulation sets up the rules of hygiene for the ships and their crew operating in fishing and fish farming activities. It covers different hygiene rules required by different fishing vessels such as, fishing and fish farming vessels, vessels which deploy fishes and fisheries products, vessels with freezer units and factory ships. The rules and procedures of hygiene during and after landing is also covered by the Regulation. The rules and procedures of the inspection will be determined by the responsible Ministry and the penalties are determined by the Fisheries Law No. 1380.
