Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Federal Act of 20 June 1986 on hunting and protection of wild mammals and birds and the Cantonal Hunting Law of 17 November 1994. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Nature, Hunting and Fishery Office is responsible for the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation.
