Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 2016.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Act of 20 June 1986 on hunting and protection of wild mammals and birds and the Cantonal Hunting Law of 17 November 1994. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Nature, Hunting and Fishery Office is responsible for the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation. The text consists of 71 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Lease (II); Hunting society and conservancy (III); Hunting rights (IV); Living space and co-habitation (V); Hunting planning and hunting management (VI); Game loss (VII); Fees (VIII); Final provisions (IX).
