Abstract This Regulation, made under the Heritage Act 1977, consisting of 23 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, aims to: a) prescribes the fees that are to accompany certain applications under the Heritage Act 1977, b) prescribes the form for a certificate of authority under section 148 of the Act, c) makes provision in relation to the determination of fees for the review of conservation management plans, d) makes provision for the minimum standards with respect to the maintenance and repair of buildings, works and relics that are listed, or are within a precinct that is listed, on the State Heritage Register, e) makes provision for the minimum standards for the maintenance of ruins and moveable objects that are listed on the State Heritage Register, f) prescribes the time period within which the Planning Assessment Commission is to conduct any review (of a recommendation that an item be listed on the State Heritage Register) that is referred to the Commission by the Minister, g) prescribes classes of items of the environmental heritage that are required to be entered in Heritage and Conservation Registers, and (h) makes provision for savings and transitional matters.
