Abstract This Regulation prescribes the fees for an application for an approval under section 60 of the Heritage Act, an application for an excavation permit and an application for an evidentiary certificate. It provides for the fees chargeable for the review of conservation management plans, and prescribes the relevant form for a certificate of authority to inspect buildings, works, relics, moveable objects and places.
