The definition of “environmental information” is given by regulation 2. Request for enviromental information shall be addressed to the Malta Environment and Planning Authority, which may refuse to provide it only if: (a) the request is manifestly unreasonable; (b) the request is formulated in a too general manner; (c) the request concerns material in the course of completion or unfinished documents or data; (d) the request concerns internal communications. Measures shall be adopted to enhance dissemination of environmental information (reg. 10).
