Abstract This Regulation implements the Forestry Act 1959, it is divided into five Parts, divided into 38 sections and completed by seven schedules. Part 2 covers Timber reserves and State forests dealing as described in schedule 1: (State plantation forests; Feature protection areas; Scientific areas; State forest parks). Part 3 regulates and controls State forests and timber reserves establishing conduct and respect requirements to be satisfied in forests or timber reserves; interfere, with the health or safety of the person (i.e using generator, compressor etc.). Part 4 specifies the fees payable, as stated in schedule 6 for: any permit activity for charitable, cultural, educational, environmental or scientific purpose.
