This Regulation enters into force on 16 August 2015.
Abstract

This Regulation implements the Forestry Act 1959, it is divided into five Parts, divided into 38 sections and completed by seven schedules. Part 2 covers Timber reserves and State forests dealing as described in schedule 1: (State plantation forests; Feature protection areas; Scientific areas; State forest parks). Part 3 regulates and controls State forests and timber reserves establishing conduct and respect requirements to be satisfied in forests or timber reserves; interfere, with the health or safety of the person (i.e using generator, compressor etc.). Part 4 specifies the fees payable, as stated in schedule 6 for: any permit activity for charitable, cultural, educational, environmental or scientific purpose. Schedules list different type of land forests and fees.
