Part 2 covers activities in recreation areas, including camping and fire control. Part 3 regulates activities in state forests and timber reserves, including fire control, pollution control, the introduction of plants and animals and the licensing procedure for the operation of vehicles, vessels and aircraft. Part 4 is dedicated to timber reserves and management areas, which are delimitated in the annexed Schedules.
