Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the protection of forests. The text consists of 6 sections divided into 6 Parts as follows: Expenses for extinction of forest fires (I); Expenses related to the implementation of the protection plan in case of infestation of insects and cryptogamic diseases (II); Permit to make a fire in or near the forest (III); Industrial and household waste disposal site (IV); Safety standards for the prevention and extinction of forest fires (V); Protection plan against forest fires (VI).
