Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Sustainable Forest Development Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the protection of forests. The text consists of 10 sections divided into 5 chapters as follows: Rate of reimbursement of certain expenses incurred by an organization responsible for protecting forests (I); Permit for making a fire in or near a forest (II); Safety standards for the prevention and extinction of forest fires (III); Offence (IV); Final (V).
