If there is conflict between a provision of the Food Standards Code and of the Food (Interim Provisions) Regulations or, as the case may be, the Weights and Measures (Date-Marking of Pre-Packaged Foods) Regulations in respect of the application of any of those provisions to food, the provision of the Food Standards Code shall prevail.
