Abstract

These Regulations amend the Food Safety Regulations 2009 in Schedule 11 by inserting new regulations prescribing maximum levels of dioxins and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB's) permitted in fisheries products (regulation 25) and by prescribing standards for canned food including canned fish.
