Abstract These Regulations, consisting of 10 sections divided into three Parts and completed by two Schedules, are under the Food Act and establish infringement notice offence and prescribed amount payable, as an offence against a provision. The prescribed amount for an infringement notice offence is the amount equal to the monetary value of the number of penalty units specified for the offence in Schedule 2. In addition, Schedule 1 specifies the registration fee and Schedule 2 the infringement notice offences and prescribed amounts.
