Abstract

This Regulation consisting of 183 sections divided into 13 Parts and completed by seven Schedules, implements the Food Act 2003 and is divided as follows: Preliminary (1); Miscellaneous (2); Fees and charges (3); Food safety supervisors (4); Requirements for display of nutritional information (5); Provisions relating to food standards code (6); Food safety schemes-general provisions (7); Dairy food safety scheme (8); Meat food safety scheme (9); Plant products food safety scheme (10); Seafood safety scheme(11); vulnerable persons food safety scheme(12); and egg food safety scheme (13).
