Abstract

This Regulation implements the Food Act 2003 and is divided into ten Parts: Preliminary (1); Miscellaneous (2); Food safety supervisors (2a); Provisions relating to food standards code (3); Food safety schemes-general provisions (4); Dairy food safety scheme (5); Meat food safety scheme (6); Plant products food safety scheme (7); Seafood safety scheme(8); vulnerable persons food safety scheme(9); and egg food safety scheme (10).
